I had a tank monitor go out and it affected my fuse panel for monitoring my portable water and black water (CHT). I emailed the company and Scott Mulligan reached out immediately. I was shocked with the amount of service that I received. Replacement part was sent to a service center where I was located and I was able to continue my journey.

...Andre gave me a replacement, no questions asked, for free. Your customer service is awesome and thank you very much for your help. The cheap toilets that grind the waste break down once a year at the least. My headhunter heads never break down. I will be back within the year to purchase another one, next time one of my cheap-o other heads breaks down. I have 11 boats in my fleet, so I'm sure I'll see you guys soon. Thanks again!
